My boyfriend had inquired about a'16 Toyota Corolla that he had seen on the website and Wendy Rojas got back to us right away. When we arrived she met with us and had Erick Gaitan take us to go see the car we had asked about. He showed us all our options and didn't push us into buying more than we needed. We ended up picking the next model up and Erick set us up with the finance guy, Matt Morente, who was just as helpful as Erick had been. Salesman Carlos Rodriguez, a pleasant young man who was helpful and informative without being pushy helped us through the selection process. My wife decided she wanted a Scion XB, the one that looks like a shoebox. Carlos spent a lot of time, and I mean a lot of time, with us explaining the car's features and equipment. He took a couple of calls from us after we took the car home. He didn't try to hurry us off the phone, took a good amount of time explaining a complicated radio system (at least to us). When I said I still wasn't sure about how to deal with all the menus, he suggesting I bring the car so he could explain it in person. No high pressure, just old fashion customer service, something that a lot of other business seem to be unable or unwilling to offer. More
