We have been Hamer Toyota customers for many, many years. In 2000 we bought 2 new cars. All services and repairs have been done at Hamer. For about the last 5 years, Mike has been our Service Manager. Each time we enter the service area, we have been acknowledged and made welcome. In all these years, we have not had to make a return visit because the first repair was not completed correctly. Mike always explains the procedures and prices so there are no surprises. Mike also makes sure that we are updated on any recall issues. Our car is serviced or fixed and ready to be picked up by the promised time. We accept the charges as being fair. More
