Alex was great. It's what comes after. We got a call from Scion America, told us we qualified for 25m miles free service (5 oil changes) and that our dealer should know. We called the dealer, talked to Carlo Scion America, told us we qualified for 25m miles free service (5 oil changes) and that our dealer should know. We called the dealer, talked to Carlos who verified we DO get 25m miles free maintenance. We never got coupons for this as promised, called back, and are now being told that this only applied to 2010s, not our 2011, and that we qualify for TWO free oil changes. And now that Toyota/Scion has announced free 25m mile maintenance for ALL models, (an EXTENSION of their previous promo), I'm even more bummed. Having been told twice, by two different parties, that I should expect 5 free oil changes, I am now sore at Hamer for not honoring the deal, whatever the details. They will NEVER see me in again for maintenance or anything else, for the price of 3 oil changes. How small minded is that for customer service? More
