I came to Steve because he took care of my younger brother and my cousin. So I went into sales mode asking all the questions I would have got and he answered everything. He kept it easy and showed me the price I would paid. Boom deal is done. No need for hours of back and forth. Steve gets it. He is the salesman I wanted to be, by never got a real chance too.
