The buying experience at Hampton Toyota was the best I have ever had in purchasing a vehicle. Juan Magdigal, my sales agent,was truly exceptional in making sure I was informed on the accessories I wanted have ever had in purchasing a vehicle. Juan Magdigal, my sales agent,was truly exceptional in making sure I was informed on the accessories I wanted on the Tundra Limited I wanted. The sales manager went out of her way to locate the specific truck I wanted, as the one I wanted to buy was in Covington, LA, and was sold before we could make a deal. A special thanks also goes to the finance manager in taking the time to describe my options in financing and extended warranties. My wife and I have had a long history with Toyota products to include three previous Tundras, a Prius, and my wife’s Corolla, which was purchased from Hampton Toyota in 2022. Finally, we have had nothing but good experiences with Hampton Toyota, to include the service department, which keeps our vehicles in top condition. The Hampton Toyota crew was absolutely amazing! I went in with an older model car in mind and left with a 2026! The team negotiated to get me a really good APR rate! So thankful! Ethan Johnson worked through a problem with my trade in vehicle. The value was higher than Hampton’s offer for my trade in. So I sold my car to Carvana and got the value of my vehicle.
