I sold my truck and was looking for an economical car for commuting. I went to Hampton to test drive a VW Jetta with a manual transmission. It drove great and it gets 50mpgs! Haha! Our salesperson, Candace, was exceptionally helpful in clarifying the process, and taking extra time to make sure we understood the information we were being given and were on board. Our only poor experi clarifying the process, and taking extra time to make sure we understood the information we were being given and were on board. Our only poor experience was with the business manager, Charles, who used high-pressure sales technique and would not listen when we said multiple times we didn't want the extra packages during the signing of the documents. He also did not clarify well at all what we were signing. In general, all the other staff we met were very gracious and helpful. We would have given a 5-star review overall if not for the experience with the business part of the experience at the end. More

I recently purchased a vehicle from Hampton and I must say this was the easiest car purchase experience I've ever had. Todd Johnson and a couple of friendly folks in the finance department made this proce say this was the easiest car purchase experience I've ever had. Todd Johnson and a couple of friendly folks in the finance department made this process very pleasant and quick. In my particular situation I thought I'd have to wait a couple of weeks to drive off the lot but Todd made sure I got keys early and worked with the finance team so that I didn't have to wait. I'm very happy with my purchase and the staff at Hampton, couldn't ask for better!! More
