Can I give Chance MORE than 5 stars?? Chance made what is usually an experience worse than undergoing root canal (buying a new car) into the best car buying experience I've had in 40 years. He is honest, is usually an experience worse than undergoing root canal (buying a new car) into the best car buying experience I've had in 40 years. He is honest, knowledgeable and caring. He followed up with me at every stage of the process and even after I drove off the lot with my fabulous new vehicle, he called to ensure I was happy and if there was anything he could do. The dealership is like any other car dealership with some annoying salespeople. However we met Mr. Kerry B. His approach to helping with any all all requests and general knowledge of the Toyota line was impr annoying salespeople. However we met Mr. Kerry B.
