I requested more information and got an immediate reply from Chance Menard. He corresponded with me and answered every question I had and set up an appointment for me to come in and test drive. when I arrived at the dealership he was busy with another customer, but did come and meet me and paired me up with another salesperson, Max Wissner. Max followed through with going on the test drive as well as helping us work out a deal to purchase the vehicle. Everything went very smoothly and it was an enjoyable experience. Poor Quality Control in service department I have purchased two vehicles from this dealer in the last 4 years. A Tacoma and a Yaris. Service was good until 2019 when they over filled the Tacoma I have purchased two vehicles from this dealer in the last 4 years. A Tacoma and a Yaris. Service was good until 2019 when they over filled the Tacoma with more than 2 quarts too much oil. Caused problems, fortunately I caught it within 75 miles. They made a mistake and re-did the oil change. Ok, mistakes happen. July 2020, the overfilled my daughter's Yaris. They claimed to solve the issue when I went back but it was still overfilled. Overfilling engine oil can seriously damage an engine. Seems like one could easily check the dip stick after changing the oil to ensure proper oil level. Great sales team, terrible service post 2019. Too bad, if you cannot depend on the service team you may need to consider another dealership. More
