I always make sure to inspect the service area and waiting room--and the facilities here are fantastic. We were lucky to have Joshua Boullion as our representative. Patient and affable, he was always ready to answer questions via text. (When other reps at other dealerships realized that we shopping and taking our time, they weren't very friendly.) We wanted to test drive a Camry, and Josh came in on his day off--with no expectation of selling a car that day. We highly recommend working with him. More

I do not recommend Wilberth. He wouldn’t give me a good deal for my truck. He needs to work on his product knowledge, and to not hustle and hassle to make a sale. I was unable to find a vehicle that met what I wanted until I began looking further south and discovered Hampton. They had many nice vehicles that were near what I wanted. The service was great and since I was recently divorced and had never bought a vehicle totally alone was pleased at how smoothly my sales experience went. I had a great experience at Hampton Toyota. Shawn Borland (sales associate), was able to upgrade me into a 2015 Highlander from my previous 2008. Their service department saved me from financial ruin Two months after buying a truck at Hampton from James Rice, I had a service engine light come on. I brought it into their service dept to get it chec Two months after buying a truck at Hampton from James Rice, I had a service engine light come on. I brought it into their service dept to get it checked out. Turns out I had a major problem with my engine and I was 23 miles passed my warranty. I thought I was going to have to get a loan to fix it. The service department contacted Toyota for me and pushed the issue until Toyota decided to cover everything....parts, labor and rental when they could have just given me the finger. I will never bring my truck anywhere else for service than Hampton and I will be a return buyer for sure. My salesman couldn't have been nicer and the service department saved my life financially. They have earned my undying loyalty. More
