I was unable to find a vehicle that met what I wanted until I began looking further south and discovered Hampton. They had many nice vehicles that were near what I wanted. The service was great and since I was recently divorced and had never bought a vehicle totally alone was pleased at how smoothly my sales experience went. I had a great experience at Hampton Toyota. Shawn Borland (sales associate), was able to upgrade me into a 2015 Highlander from my previous 2008. He was very knowledgeable and worked with me to get a great v (sales associate), was able to upgrade me into a 2015 Highlander from my previous 2008. Their service department saved me from financial ruin Two months after buying a truck at Hampton from James Rice, I had a service engine light come on. I brought it into their service dept to get it chec Two months after buying a truck at Hampton from James Rice, I had a service engine light come on. I brought it into their service dept to get it checked out. Turns out I had a major problem with my engine and I was 23 miles passed my warranty. I thought I was going to have to get a loan to fix it. The service department contacted Toyota for me and pushed the issue until Toyota decided to cover everything....parts, labor and rental when they could have just given me the finger. I will never bring my truck anywhere else for service than Hampton and I will be a return buyer for sure. My salesman couldn't have been nicer and the service department saved my life financially. They have earned my undying loyalty. More

We dealt with Samantha and Wilberth along with their manager Russell. I had decided to buy our Toyota out of town to get the best deal online. We decided to go to Hampton to test drive the car only. When we walked in, Wilberth was super nice and helpful without being pushy. We got a price from Russell within 10 minutes and it was as good as any price I had received from other dealers. They ordered the vehicle for us and everything was done via text and email which is what I wanted due to limited time to mess with it. It was a fantastic experience from start to finish.
