Regarding the vehicle in question, Hampton Toyota had already made arrangements to transfer the vehicle when you test-drove it. Sometimes, and unfortunately, that information doesn't make it's way to every staff member in as timely a manner as would be ideal - and that is what happened here. We are constantly working to improve every step of the process, and we will certainly look into making sure situations like this happen less and less often.
