I spent pretty much an entire afternoon at the dealership while waiting to meet another personal commitment I had later in the day. Josh was efficient as he worked to put our our deal together, and then made sure I had everything I needed and was comfortable before dealing with other customers. He would stop by when had a chance to check in with me to see that everything was okay or just chat. He is a high energy guy but not a high pressure salesman which made it a good experience. I met Dennis from the Finance Department when I came in to pick up the truck. He was friendly, efficient and professional in performing his job. I dinged the dealership one star because of a delay between the transition from Sales to Finance during our pick up of the vehicle. Not sure what caused the delay but my wife and I had scheduled and confirmed the meeting, we were on time, had provided all the requested information and explained in advance that we were on a tight schedule.
