I am a little over an hour away, so I insisted they at least give me an estimate on my trade in before going in. I've been operating like this for years because of dealer's low balling trades in person and resulting in me wasting time and playing games like "Oh, let me see if I can find your keys" after the appraisal and me deciding I just wanted to leave. We were close on price and trade so I decided to take a chance and go in. I looked over both rigs and eliminated the 4 Runner without even a test drive. They test drove and looked over my trade while I test drove the Tacoma. When we came back they had the original offer from before and asked what I needed to make the deal. I told them and they made it happen. I would be happy to walk into this dealership for a future purchase now without the preliminary conversations and I can't say that about any other car dealer I've ever dealt with. More
