Dennis was totally prepared to work with me to change to a model of my preference. The RAV4 Hybrid is a very good vehicle and I appreciate the increased fuel efficiency that we expect to experience; I just realized, after the fact, that I'm really a sedan person. For varying reasons, primarily being that the RAV4 has an excellent acceleration response and it will replace our former 4-wheel drive vehicle for winter driving conditions, I decided to stick with the original purchase agreement on the RAV4. My husband was very pleased with the trade-in value offered for his 4-wheel drive pick-up with our transaction. If we need to replace this vehicle in the future, Dennis is who I would go to for any Toyota transaction. More
