"WE HAVE A DRIVE THRU AND IT SHOULD ONLY TAKE 20 MIN." is what we were told. We scheduled our first oil change the day we bought the car for 6 months later. Today was the day..... What a disaster. After 2 1/2 hours and seeing the car outside for 20 minutes we went to the counter and waited 10 more minutes before anyone even asked us if we needed help. After another 15 minutes we had our car. The help was distracted and unconcerned for any of the customers. We received the explanation that they had to do a 24 point inspection and had 4 recalls- our car has 3200 miles!!!! I guess it was too much to ask to have someone come to the waiting room and explain what the delay was. This was my last experience with this service dept. and definitely the last car I buy there. More
