I had a Subaru which I loved for winter driving. But the cabin was very noisy and I was constantly having problems with the heat shields. So decided to trade while I could still get a good deal. Much to my amazement, 1 week later I was driving home a 2011 Avalon that Doug had to find elsewhere. Doug was extremely organized in all aspects, listened to our questions, and did an excellent job with answering. Another impressive aspect in which I have never encountered before was he showed me exactly where to drive in and go to when service is needed. I purchased a Corolla over a year ago. At that time I had a car that was having a lot of problems that were covered by an excellent warranty, but in my line of work I need my car all day, and I decided t had a car that was having a lot of problems that were covered by an excellent warranty, but in my line of work I need my car all day, and I decided to let it go. I went to another Toyota dealer in South Burlington, but I felt like I wasn't taken seriously because I was still shopping around and deciding what I wanted. I had driven a Yaris (rental) while my old car was in the shop again, and it really felt like a well-made, solid little car. That's when I decided to go with Toyota. When I checked out Handy Toyota and first spoke with Adam, he was very helpful without being pushy. I decided to go for a test drive, and he handed me the keys and said "take as long as you want". I think that sold me more than the test drive! A couple months ago my Corolla was in the shop (for a Fender Bender) and I enjoyed the rental they provided so much, I decided to trade. Again Adam was very helpful, returning calls promptly, answering all my questions and helping me work out what would be best for me. A few weeks later after calling Toyota Financial, I called Handy's to find out about getting the last payment on my first Corolla refunded, I thought for sure there would be some loophole reason why I would not be entitled to the refund, but I was on the phone less than a minute, and my check was in my mailbox the next day.
