August 3, 2010 Regarding: Handy Toyota's Dealer Rater--Negative Review from July 31, 2010 Dear [User Name] Ahb70, Unfortunately the events as described are for the most part accurate. As in most things, the devil's in the details. This is where this transaction came apart as the details involving this transaction were not handled in a proper manner with predictable results. What it came down to is one staff member was relying on another staff member, and with a lack of communication the ball was dropped and as a result the customer was not well served. Where we do differ in opinion with the customer is that nothing was done intentionally. The staff members involved have since had the opportunity to review the events that led to this unfortunate situation and have learned a valuable lesson. We are very sorry that this has happened and will work very hard not to have it happen again. Dan Luneau General Manager

Handys response was someone dropped the ball? The deal was started by Ali Kamel. When he "dropped the ball" New Vehicle needed body work. At that time the deal was passed to the Sales Manager and owners son Adam Lunue. Adam then also "dropped the ball" He lied to me at least 3 times saying the truck was in the body shop getting repaired as we spoke and that he just got off the phone with the body shop. The funny thing about that is Handys service depatrment Verifed the truck was in there shop with no bodywork repairs done. But Adam told me the truck was getting clear coat put on. When I questioned Adam on this, He said I will call you back and hung up. When Adam called back he asked what could save the deal? Furthermore below is the response and ONLY response I have got from handys. I have called them. NO ONE has contaced me directally to take responsibilty for any of this.
