Went to Heritage Toyota in So. Burlington on 5/31 in search of a Toyota Tacoma. They did not meet my needs and were not that flexible when it came to price. Felt like they were too focused on turning search of a Toyota Tacoma. They did not meet my needs and were not that flexible when it came to price. Felt like they were too focused on turning out cars then one on one customer service and I didn't sense that trust from the sales manager. Went to HANDY TOYOTA on 6/1. They were much more flexible on price and friendlier. I worked with sales rep. Michael Boomhower. He was down to earth and easy to talk to. I purchased my Toyota Tacoma and had a very satisfying car buying experience. If I had to say one negative thing, the ONLY THING I would say is that they need to play a little more upbeat music in the show room. NICE JOB HANDY TOYOTA!! More

I had a Subaru which I loved for winter driving. But the cabin was very noisy and I was constantly having problems with the heat shields. So decided to trade while I could still get a good deal. Much to my amazement, 1 week later I was driving home a 2011 Avalon that Doug had to find elsewhere. Doug was extremely organized in all aspects, listened to our questions, and did an excellent job with answering. Another impressive aspect in which I have never encountered before was he showed me exactly where to drive in and go to when service is needed. Usually you drive around a bit before discovering where you are supposed to be. Overall experience, nothing but the best!! Easiest car purchase I have ever made!! More
