I told Kyle that I have had problems in the past when trying to change the rear wiper on the Rav4. He went out of his way to find a simular Rav4 on the lot and to show the correct way to change the wiper. When I got home I was able to change it just like he showed me. He has such a great attitude and is fun to work with. People like Kyle will bring me back to Handy Toyota. More
