No ETA on parts delivery, finally contacted them to install aftermarket parts. Did not replace what I told them to. Charged me $65 a day for a rental. Contacted by customer service manager later; as install aftermarket parts. Did not replace what I told them to. Charged me $65 a day for a rental. Contacted by customer service manager later; asked them to refund half of the rental cost. No response. Since they entered the rental business, they are perfectly happy to let your repairs sit. More

Tory in service went above and beyond helping me with things from a rental to daily updates with an issue that had happened to my truck. No questions were left un answered she went out of her way to help things from a rental to daily updates with an issue that had happened to my truck.
