We love buying our vehicles from you but your service department has been consistently disappointing. It takes longer and costs more than other servicing agents and I am almost always pressured to get mo department has been consistently disappointing. It takes longer and costs more than other servicing agents and I am almost always pressured to get more work done. I also have to argue when I don’t want to get the extra service done with you and feel condescended to. At various points people in the service department have been pushy and downright rude. This has cemented our feeling that we would like to get the work done elsewhere. More

Dealership made promises to fix the rubber seal around my moonroof if I purchased the car , still have not heard back from service manager yet after a few attempts to get my Camry fixed since then I have pur moonroof if I purchased the car , still have not heard back from service manager yet after a few attempts to get my Camry fixed since then I have purchased another Toyota from hands Toyota but I think I’ll be bringing my business elsewhere seeing as how they cannot honor there word on something as simple as replacing a rubber seal ! Very disappointed with the service manager for not responding to my phone calls 👎👎👎 More
