We have had 2 vehicles in for service recently and as always we are very happy with the service we received. They are always friendly and professional. They are very accomodating if you need to be squeez always we are very happy with the service we received. They are always friendly and professional. They explain in detail what needs to be done to your vehicle and what it will cost and don't do work without checking with you first if anything comes up. Kyle, who we have dealt with the most, has always gone out of his way to make sure we are happy whether with service on a vehicle or with a rental car if one is needed. Definately the best service dept I have ever dealt with!! More

I told Kyle that I have had problems in the past when trying to change the rear wiper on the Rav4. He went out of his way to find a simular Rav4 on the lot and to show the correct way to change the wiper. When I got home I was able to change it just like he showed me. He has such a great attitude and is fun to work with. People like Kyle will bring me back to Handy Toyota. More

Handy Toyota is a friendly place with people who care in every aspect of service. They have always taken care of our Highlander, which we bought there, and always have brought to our attention things that m every aspect of service. They let us know about how long and stay pretty close, if not before the estimated time it will be ready. Our 1997 Toyota corolla needed a new fan last week. I had a very long wait in the waiting room. I somewhat expected this and brought alot of reading to do. However, I think it would have been helpful if someone could have just come out after about 2 hrs expected this and brought alot of reading to do.
