We were looking for a used SUV for several months. Had two bad experiences at other dealers. Saw a used SUV at Hanson’s and drove down to look at it. The vehicle was having work done on it off site, s Had two bad experiences at other dealers. Saw a used SUV at Hanson’s and drove down to look at it. The vehicle was having work done on it off site, so made arrangements to look at it at a later date. That night we received a text message about a Buick SUV that just came in. Drove back the next day and drove the vehicle, got a quote on our vehicle, and drove home in two hours whit our new/used Buick. No hassle, fair deal, great experience. Thanks: The Woods More

Service department was very disrespectful to me and to my insurance agent. Service department supervisor yelled and screamed at both of us when we were trying to get things done. Mechanics are great people insurance agent. Service department supervisor yelled and screamed at both of us when we were trying to get things done. Mechanics are great people and do great work but service supervisor treats people horrible. Update: The owner reached out to me and talked through what had happened. He was very nice, caring and ensured to me that things would be better. Great ownership and very caring to make sure that their service is the best possible. I really appreciated how he called and made sure everything could be fixed to ensure they give the best service available. I will be using their service in the future. More
