Don't buy from Happy Hyundai. They refused to sell a car to my 75 yer old father unless he purchased the $3,000 "Happy Advantage Package" which is just a bunch of crap that he will ever use. They agreed on to my 75 yer old father unless he purchased the $3,000 "Happy Advantage Package" which is just a bunch of crap that he will ever use. They agreed on a price, then came in and added this package and nearly $2,000 worth of other extras onto the price that he didn't want or need. When he turned these offers down, they refused to sell to him citing the car shortage and that other people would buy the cars with the added packages. I called the dealership and spoke to the manager who was very rude to me. In my opinion, they were attempting to prey on the elderly and that is so very wrong. Shame on them. More

Debra Jones contacted me in an attempt to sell me a car. When I told her I was no longer in the market for a car and asked her not to contact me again, she sent me a series of nasty email and text. Worse, s When I told her I was no longer in the market for a car and asked her not to contact me again, she sent me a series of nasty email and text. Worse, she used her employer's computer system to impersonate me and submitted an untold number of inquiries on my behalf. Those inquirers have rendered my work phone nearly useless, as the text, email and calls won't stop. I contacted Hyundai Corporate, spoke with a gentleman named Lee, and lodged a formal complaint (18164032). It's been weeks, yet corporate has not contacted me to resolve. I have reported the incident to the FCC, and absent satisfactory resolution from the dealership, intend to file a civil suit. More

Beware the O sensor repair scam After having your car in for warranty or recall work (when you don’t have to pay for service), your “check engine” light will go on after a couple of After having your car in for warranty or recall work (when you don’t have to pay for service), your “check engine” light will go on after a couple of weeks. You take it in and you’re told the O sensor is malfunctioning and will cost more than $400 to repair. This happened to me last year. When I had another car in for service this year, I overheard two more people had the O sensor on their car repaired and a man came in saying the check engine light went on after he just had his car in for recall work. Nick Hogan is a lying cheat. He’ll give you one repair price over the phone then increase it by $60-$80 when you pick up your car. Then he acts like he’s doing you a favor by producing a $40 off coupon. Ed Guel is unprofessional and either incompetent or a liar. I took my car in for “scheduled” maintenance on a Wednesday morning. He called me back with a list of costly repairs. When I tell him just to do the maintenance, he insists the car will be ready by then end of the day or the next morning. When I don’t hear from Ed the next morning, I leave voice mails and emails but no response. Finally he calls me back on Saturday. He said he left a message. I told him I don’t have voice mail and the last time he called me was 2:05 Wednesday because my phone records incoming calls.. He then said he left a message with a woman. I told him no one answered my phone but me because everyone else at home was at work. Then he apologized claiming he mis-dialed. He is either 1) blatantly lying because he thinks I’m an idiot or 2) incompetent by mis-dialing a phone number when phone systems have a re-dial feature. Here’s the kicker: this is EXACTLY what he said last year when he did not return my call when my car was in for repairs. According to the repair sheet, the car was ready at 4:35 Thursday afternoon. Ed would have had to be working overtime to call me. I’m paying hundreds of dollars and Ed lacks the courtesy to update me. If he called me Thursday morning to say the care wasn’t ready, I would have appreciated it or sent an email. More
Please please please DO NOT by any type of car from this dealership I bought my Hyundai elantra back in 2017 from them and its the biggest mistake I've ever made I started having issues with it around 7,0 dealership I bought my Hyundai elantra back in 2017 from them and its the biggest mistake I've ever made I started having issues with it around 7,000 miles I've heard nothing but lies i am now having problems with my heat dropping 52 degrees when I start to idle and I'm being told by the service director that this is normal for Hyundai cars I spoke with the GM about this problem and was told we dont make the cars we just sell them. They sell vehicles that the techs have no clue how to fix . they sell vehicles that give you nothing but problems and ones they dont want to fix let alone dont know how to fix. truly they need a whole new staff there the gm could careless same with the service director. And I'm now learning Hyundai consumer affairs could careless either please dont make the same mistake as I did stay as far away from this dealership as possible and maybe even Hyundai cars all together More

Dee, the GM, worked-up a great deal - presented it - and we shook hands very quickly. The "back office" - Jorge and Emily - handled things professionally, as well. All together, a 4 hour experience including three test drives. Felt like this dealership was straight-forward with no games or hidden stuff. I would definitely recommend Happy Hyundai to folks looking at a dependable, reasonably-priced car. More
