At Harbro they really strive to KNOW their customers!!! I went in for service on my 2005 Honda Accord, originally purchased at Harbro. I explained I was only there for service but had been toying with the idea of a different car for a while. He really listened to what I liked and pointed me in the direction of a real beauty! Not that much newer than what I already had but so me. Next thing I knew I was out on a drive... and LOVED it... ! We discussed price and trade in ... but overnight I reluctantly decided against the car ... the following day Jeremy called to discuss why I had decided not to get the car, I had obviously loved it ... I explained my concern about the amount given for my trade and the idea of having a loan on an older vehicle. He and the management team at Harbro really worked with me to get the deal to where I felt comfortable! The following day, I signed the papers and drove off the lot in a car that is TOTALLY ME!!! Yes she's a bit of a luxury but it's a car I have always wanted... Thank you Harbro - Thank you Jeremy -- Knowing that I am dealing with a company that values their customers and values their reputation gave me the confidence to GO FOR IT... I am VERY HAPPY !! I am not the purchaser in this case but I would like to share my experience with this dealership. My granddaughter was looking to buy a used vehicle and being young and not having any credit record, was f share my experience with this dealership. She went to Harbro and talked to Jeremy King and he found a great car for her and then began the credit processing. Jeremy worked long and hard to find someone to accept her and give her a loan. I went in with her to pick up the car and met Jeremy myself and was very impressed with both him and the dealership in that they both were very professional and friendly at the same time. Jeremy explained all the details of the sale and then he took our picture in front of the car!! The car was in great shape - very clean inside - it looked brand new. She also got a copy of the repairs that were done to get the car ready for purchase. I was very impressed with this dealership as they offer 30 day buy-back and great cars and they also made it very pleasant to deal with them. There was no pressure or fast-talking sales talks - which to me says a lot about them. I would highly recommend them to my friends as a great place to purchase a car. More

I told myself and them that after so many years of being unhappy with mechanics I've finally found someone I can trust. It's true. Then it came the time my poor car went to auto heaven. Not because of the engine, Harbro kept that purring, but because the body was done. So I had to purchase a new car and low and behold they had the perfect one for me. Thanks to Tim, he obtained a loan for me when it was nearly impossible, drew up a fantastic price, did all the heavy work and got me into a convertible. I was able to have everything adjusted and fixed within the following 30 days of purchase. Everyone there has and still goes above and beyond their expectations.
