I am not the purchaser in this case but I would like to share my experience with this dealership. My granddaughter was looking to buy a used vehicle and being young and not having any credit record, was f share my experience with this dealership. She went to Harbro and talked to Jeremy King and he found a great car for her and then began the credit processing. Jeremy worked long and hard to find someone to accept her and give her a loan. I went in with her to pick up the car and met Jeremy myself and was very impressed with both him and the dealership in that they both were very professional and friendly at the same time. Jeremy explained all the details of the sale and then he took our picture in front of the car!! The car was in great shape - very clean inside - it looked brand new. She also got a copy of the repairs that were done to get the car ready for purchase. I was very impressed with this dealership as they offer 30 day buy-back and great cars and they also made it very pleasant to deal with them. There was no pressure or fast-talking sales talks - which to me says a lot about them. I would highly recommend them to my friends as a great place to purchase a car. More

Not because of the engine, Harbro kept that purring, but because the body was done. So I had to purchase a new car and low and behold they had the perfect one for me. Thanks to Tim, he obtained a loan for me when it was nearly impossible, drew up a fantastic price, did all the heavy work and got me into a convertible. I was able to have everything adjusted and fixed within the following 30 days of purchase. Everyone there has and still goes above and beyond their expectations. I was given suggestions around what potential vehicles would be best given my needs, but I never felt steered into making one decision over another. I was equally impressed with the process for purchasing and financing the vehicle. It was remarkably transparent as Mike took the time to explain exactly how the process would work and what I would pay. They truly went the extra mile to make sure I was completely satisfied with my purchase. Corny as it may sound, At Harbro "Treating customers how they would want to be treated" is not just a mission statement it is the primary pillar on which the business model sits.
