I had never used "Harbro's" services before. My Grandson recommended them and I was gratefully surprised. I was in dire need of some emergency service and could find no one to help me o before. I called their Webster facility and was told by the very professional "Service Provider" Ed Barnes, to "Bring 'er in and they would see what they could do for me. All I can happily say is, they bent over backwoods to help me out and very proficiently at that. As for the cost for their services? It was WELL within what I expected. This is the most welcoming group of service people I have had the pleasure of working with. The day my old car broke down, Mark Hare and Dave Curini made my car crisis a priority. They sincerely counseled me all day, and there was not a moment I felt like I was being scammed or pressured to buy a car that I would not like or be able to afford. They listened inventively and answered my questions thoroughly. They took everything I had to say into consideration, and I left with a 2011 Chevrolet Cruze that I could not be more happy with. This dealership treats you like family, and I have the utmost respect and appreciation for Mark and Dave. I will, without hesitation, turn to these guys for all of my car needs. More

I have come to expect friendly, fast and efficient service here. Eddie was busy multi-tasking by fielding phone calls with a head set and raking leaves in the yard at the same time. Last night after getting a jump from AAA I was driving past Harbro in Webster on my way home. I stopped to see if they might be able to help me with a new battery. It was late so it was a long shot. I just purchased my fourth vehicle from Harbro Auto. I've never dealt with a friendlier sales staff than the crew at Harbro. They make the buying process incredibly easy and they are always very knowledgeable about their vehicles. Aside from their sales department, their service department is also great. My orginal purchase had multiple and dangerous complications that harbro did indeed fix free of charge, but considering these problems continued beyond the waranty period i returned to Harbro upset and frustrated. At that point and time my Aveo was over heating beyound safety regulation and this wasnt the first time. By the time i reached the dealership i was greeted by Mark from the service portion of the business. As i bluntly expressed my displeasure with the car i suggested he do his best to take my car back and find me something better suited. Upon my request he sent me to a young gentleman by the name of Jeremy King.To my surprise Jeremy listened to my concerns and consoled me with the idea of getting a new car without any further frustration.The next day I recieved a rental vehicle and my journey to a new lovely Kia started. Within the week my old car was fixed and Jeremy did everything he could to find a car that i would love and be able to feel safe with my infant in.Not only did he help me find the car, he had my car refunded for almost the entire owed amount on my loan, then he got me a loan at a better rate within my price range, and took it upon himself to work around my schedule.He had a very friendly disposition that i appreciated considering my initial attitude toward the situation. Throughout the entire process Jeremy took everything i said into consideration, made my experience much more enjoyable than i expected and i will definitely give my business recommendations to Harbro because of him.Working in sales myself, i know how rare it is to find an employee with the customers best interest at heart and maintain working within limitations of the company, Harbro is lucky to have him.With that said i extend my best wishes to him with sucess in further business.
