I needed an oil change for my Mazda so I called Karen directly and she was happy to get me in right away. She is ALWAYS kind to me and extremely helpful. Car repair was fast and honest. Car exhaust was shaking and they repaired it for free. At the same time telling me that if it does not hold, they will fix it AGAIN. I had an unexpected problem with my van. I was able to drive it to the shop and Dee and Ethan were awesome.
