Had my car detailed there on 10/25/22, service was supposed to be for a full detail, originally a $250 service on special for $200. The exterior of the car was washed and appears to be waxed and looke supposed to be for a full detail, originally a $250 service on special for $200. The exterior of the car was washed and appears to be waxed and looked great. On the interior the rugs were vacuumed, and the interior appeared wiped down. However, the seats were supposed to be shampooed and I don't believe they were due to the fact there was a stain on the passenger seat that was still there once the car was picked up, that I easily removed once I got home with a carpet cleaner machine. Also, the windshield was not cleaned on the inside because I had cleaned it myself a week or so prior and it was left very streaky and those streaks were still there after picking the car up. Overall I'm very disappointed with the detail. Also, they ran my engine for about five hours. I had gotten gas the night before and reset up trip each time I do, and taking away the time it took me to drive to drop my car off, at pick up the trip had said the car had been running roughly 5 hours and 30 minutes. I don't know why a car would need to be running for that long during a detail. I was never called when the car was done either, I had left a voicemail at 2:00pm and 3:00pm, with no call back and then I called again around 4:15pm and someone answered this time and let me know the car had been ready. More
