We want to thank you for your honest review. We learn how to improve our business from customers that let us know they are not completely satisfied. We have always believed that "The bitterness of poor quality remains long after the sweetness of the low price is forgotten", and this is quite possibly why our service manager estimated your repairs using OEM parts, which are very expensive. In hindsight, because of the year and the mileage on your Audi, maybe we should have given you the option to patch or repair the exhaust, if possible. Even though you did not choose to actually do business with Harbro, because of your review, we will try to be more careful in the future to present more options when we quote repair estimates.
