Had an awful experience with Daniel Fisher at Hardy Superstore today. I planned to come look at and likely buy the 2022 Toyota Avalon. I texted Daniel when I left at 10:00 this morning to tell him I’d Superstore today. I planned to come look at and likely buy the 2022 Toyota Avalon. I texted Daniel when I left at 10:00 this morning to tell him I’d be there around 12:00. He replied “sounds good.” We got to the dealership and saw the Toyota parked near the office and looked it over. We walked inside and introduced ourselves to Daniel and he went off to get the key. He came back a few minutes later to tell us that it had been sold. That is completely unprofessional. Why didn’t he tell me when I texted him that it was sold or that someone was test driving it? We drove two hours each way for nothing. I understand that vehicles can be sold, but do me the courtesy of letting me know so I don’t waste my time. “We have other vehicles you might be interested in.” Unless you have another 2022 Avalon, I have less than zero interest. Not the way Hardy Superstore should do business, or maybe this is just the way you treat all your customers. Very disappointed. More
