Quick, Professional and Easy Billy, is very professional and easy to work with. He had the paper ready when I arrived , I met with their Finance person and signed all the pap Billy, is very professional and easy to work with. Financing Sales team was great. I specifically requested financing with my credit union and the sales associate stated that they were a preferred vendor for my Sales team was great. I specifically requested financing with my credit union and the sales associate stated that they were a preferred vendor for my credit union. I called my credit union to confirm and they agreed. I proceeded w/ the purchase and the very last document I signed was the financing. The loan was completed through GM Financial instead of my requested lender. The finance guy stated that the credit union would not approve the loan. The very next day I recieved a call from my credit union and they stated that the dealership never submitted my loan to them. Long story short I ended up refinancing the vehicle after only having it for 24 hours. Needless to say if you have a specific lender that you want to use do not trust Hardy to do the right thing. More
