I worked with John Robinson on a Jeep that they had listed through the internet. John couldn't have been more friendly or helpful in answering all my questions since I couldn't come in and look at veh listed through the internet. John couldn't have been more friendly or helpful in answering all my questions since I couldn't come in and look at vehicle being that I lived 600 miles away. Once we agreed to do the deal they sent me the paper work over night I signed all the documents and over nighted it back to them. John then handled all the arrangements to have the vehicle shipped to me. The vehicle arrived on time and in the exact condition as advertised. I would definitely recommend John and this dealership to anyone in the Fort Smith area as well as anyone that would like to do business through the internet. More
