James Durham was our sales professional and did an excellent job of catering to our needs in terms of choice and features in a vehicle we were looking for, and trust me, my wife and I were very high maintaince and continue to be and James continues to be there for us after the sale. Also recommended a friend there for his CTS for repair and he was happy with the result. And now recently my car got hit and run and I also took it there and I'm also happy with the result.
