It was a pleasure working with Tim Coppola again. From start to finish, the process went smoothly. Tim gave me the best price without any nonsense. Unfortunately, I had a very poor buying experience at Hassett of Wantagh. After my initial meeting with the sales representative, I called the following day to set-up an appointment to test drive the veh Hassett of Wantagh. After my initial meeting with the sales representative, I called the following day to set-up an appointment to test drive the vehicle I was interested in purchasing (it was unavailable the first time I went to the dealership). I left a voicemail but never heard back from the dealership. After calling for a week straight with no luck, I gave up and went to another Ford dealership (Hempstead Ford Lincoln, which handled things in a much more professional manner and ended up winning my business). Overall, the customer service was very poor and I would not recommend this dealership. More

I just picked up my new Lincoln MKX - fantastic service, everything done for me over the phone and email so I did not have to run to the dealership. Car was prepped and ready - my lease was taken care of i everything done for me over the phone and email so I did not have to run to the dealership. Car was prepped and ready - my lease was taken care of in record speed and all paperwork ready for my signature. Having a family and working full time, I do not like my time wasted and Tim was the kind of professional I like to deal with - questions answered quickly by phone or email. Tim walked me through the paperwork both efficently and quickly and took the time to explain all the gidgets and gadgets that this incredible automobile has to offer. Tim is an excellent salesman. He answered all our questions and helped us make a decision. He worked hard to get us what we wanted despite limited stock. On the day we picked it up he spent a great questions and helped us make a decision. He worked hard to get us what we wanted despite limited stock. On the day we picked it up he spent a great deal of time with us helping us learn the features in the car. He is friendly, easy to talk to, and a pleasure to work with. The car is beautiful. The preparation was impeccable. The car even had a red bow tied to rearview mirror which was a lovely final touch. The overall experience was wonderful and I would not hesitate to recommend this dealership, specifically Tim, to anyone. More

I was looking for a 2010 Lincoln MKT, he asked two questions, what color do you want ? and would you like to drive it ? After a test drive of the Lincoln MKT Craig gave me the best deal possible on a lease and had the car in stock ! My wife got an anniversary surprise complete with a giant red bow Craig put in the car. I have since then leased a 2011 Ford Edge from Craig as well. He listened to my needs, and made the entire transaction process as stress free as possible, which has not always been the case in the past. Just to have your questions answered in a straightforward and knowledgeable manner without any double speak or dissembling was a good thing in and of itself, and the fact that I was not pressured or coerced to make a decision that would have a negative impact on my budgetary needs was also an enormous benefit. In short,when handling any business with someone who takes their ethical obligations seriously is something you cannot take for granted in this current environment.
