Found Hatfield dealership through GMC's website. They had what I wanted in stock and sold me my new 2023 Canyon Denali truck at sticker price with no hidden fees. Sales process was very easy. My appointment was for 11 am and had my wife drop it off well before that. I called at 2pm if my truck was ready for pick up and was told that it had not even been taken into the shop yet for service. I had well before that. I called at 2pm if my truck was ready for pick up and was told that it had not even been taken into the shop yet for service. I had them leave it out and sent my wife to pick it up and go else where. A courtesy phone call to let me know what was going on would have been nice. More
