This was the best car buying experience I have ever had! I don’t even know where to start, but the entire experience was perfect from the minute we walked in to the minute we left. We genuinely felt welcomed as soon as we walked inside. Every staff member was professional and kind. No one bombarded us once we arrived like we have had happen at other dealerships. The atmosphere felt very happy and inviting which is a big factor for us when buying a car. Moving on- There are so many great things to say about our salesman, Sam. He was an absolute gem to work with. My grandma has a difficult time understanding English because it is her second language which is why I went with. It was by pure coincidence that Sam was fluent in the language that my grandma natively speaks. We have never ran into this situation before and Sam went above and beyond to make sure she understood every single detail from beginning to end! It meant so much to us that he was capable of speaking in our native language the entire time because it really helped my grandma understand what was happening every step of the way. He paid such close attention to all of the things we were saying about what we want in a vehicle and respecting the budget we set in the beginning. He wasted no time getting us in for a test drive and working with us for the financial portion. We have never worked with a better car salesman than Sam.
