I dropped off my car for the appt at 8:30 in the morning for an inspection and a minor service. By 3:30 I still had not heard back on the status. When I called they said they called me back 20 minutes later for an inspection and a minor service. By 3:30 I still had not heard back on the status. When I called they said they called me back 20 minutes later and said they were running my car through the car wash and it would be ready when I came to pick it up. I got there and my car was not washed. I don’t really care, but don’t promise something and not complete what you say you are going to do. Especially after keeping my car for over 8 hours and making me follow up on it. More

In contacting the dealership the service rep was very professional and wanted to understand my issue. He then was able to setup an appointment in a reasonable period. I was able to get a shuttle back t professional and wanted to understand my issue. He then was able to setup an appointment in a reasonable period.
