In contacting the dealership the service rep was very professional and wanted to understand my issue. He then was able to setup an appointment in a reasonable period. I was able to get a shuttle back t professional and wanted to understand my issue. He then was able to setup an appointment in a reasonable period. I was able to get a shuttle back to my office and picked up y truck the next day. The new entrance for service is clean and bright. Had the truck back a few days and so far so good. Thanks Hawk! More

Purchased several trucks and cars from them Sales & service when needed is really good. Only bad thing is there Quick Lube is really slow there is nothing quick about them at all and service writers no service when needed is really good. Only bad thing is there Quick Lube is really slow there is nothing quick about them at all and service writers not very freindly !!!! Usually 1-2 hours to change the oil??????? More
