I requested the Works package done on my F150, they didn’t check the wiper blades which need to be replaced, they didn’t check the air filters which both need to be desperately replaced. If you can’t rely on them to do the small things when changing the oil how can you expect them or trust them to do the right thing on the major repairs. When requesting service for a malfunctioning hood latch sensor. Was told I needed to leave the truck there and they did not provide loaners. And this was on a Friday afternoon, and they don’t have service people working over the weekend. So I guess I was supposed to leave my truck there for the whole weekend for somebody may be to look at it on Monday. I went to the parts counter spent $106 for a new hood latch took me five minutes to replace myself. Problem solved. The new sensor works perfectly, no more alarm going off More
