Apparently, the price I was quoted was by an employee that quit on a Monday and Si then became the person for my tire service and he did not know of the price quote I was originally told. A pleasurable experience Since I work for a company that offered a special deal in buying Fords on-line, my wife and I decided to look at Ford Escapes and to try the on-line e Since I work for a company that offered a special deal in buying Fords on-line, my wife and I decided to look at Ford Escapes and to try the on-line experience since we have never done that before. We filled out an on-line questionnaire late on a Sunday afternoon and within an hour or two, we got an e-mail response from Hawk Ford of St. Charles, which was the designated dealer in our area, urging us to make an appointment for a test drive. Getting this quick response on a day when all dealers are closed really surprised us. We made an appointment to visit the dealer the following evening. When we arrived, we were warmly greeted by Danielle Latuszek, Internet BDC Representative, who originally responded to our query, and salesperson Bob Perri. Our plan was to eventually replace our old Volvo (20 yrs. old with almost 200,000 miles on it) as it had seen better days...despite being taken well care of throughout the years. We also decided to donate our old car to the Purple Heart Foundation even before our visit. After meeting Bob, we explained we were not in a rush to buy a car that night and that we just wanted to see how good of a deal we could get without a trade-in. Bob is knowledgeable, genuinely friendly and answered all questions we had...and most important, we never felt under great pressure to buy that night. As it turns out, Bob had a certain 2019 Ford Escape in a color he thought my wife would like--and she loved it. After Bob showed us the features of that car, test driving it and getting the financial particulars for a purchase, we decided to buy that car that night--even though that wasn't our original intention. More

Better than the other dealers Ken was friendly, honest, and open. We had been to several dealerships beforehand that had left a bad taste in my mouth.
