I was so disappointed in how Ford handled my engine malfunction. On the other hand the customer service from Kyle at Hawk Ford was excellent. He did everything he could to get me justice from Ford for malfunction. On the other hand the customer service from Kyle at Hawk Ford was excellent. He did everything he could to get me justice from Ford for a known engine problem which they should have stood behind. In the end he was able to get Ford to chip in $3000 to replace the engine. In the meantime Kyle made sure I had a courtesy car to drive and kept me informed of the progress of the repairs. So I am giving the service center 5 stars but Ford Motor 1. More
