I called in the morning to change my appointment time to an earlier visit and they were very accommodating. Even offered to give me a ride but it turned out a family member picked me up. My SUV was ready very quickly. Paperwork was done, staff was friendly and most of all my vehicle was clean on the inside which is rare with dealerships. I am very impressed, I will be back! I am insure of who worked on my vehicle but please give them 5 stars. Everything was great More

I would give 0 stars if I could. Bought new tires and was given one quote by Monique "for everything" but then charged a higher price when checking out with Chris, even though the p Bought new tires and was given one quote by Monique "for everything" but then charged a higher price when checking out with Chris, even though the price had been confirmed with Chris when I set up the appointment. Upon checking out, Chris attempted to gaslight me and kept insisting I was getting a great price, with his manager Connor, sitting right next to him and working with him. Service did an alignment without asking me, and now Chris and Connor insisted on charging me for it but would give me a discount. I would have no problem paying for an alignment, but I believe Monique intentionally misquoted me, and Chris played along and never mentioned an alignment until they were already doing it. Then my papers Chris took from me and gave to Connor magically disappeared, but neither knew what happened to them. When I insisted on speaking to a dealership manager, "Steve appeared." Last name unknown. Seemed sort of a bully to me. Made me think my papers would not be found, but later they supposedly were. Finally, I don't even see Steve listed as a dealer manager below. Who the heck is he and why wasn't I allowed to speak to a real manager? For Chris, Connor and Steve - all I will say is "karma." More
