Hi Steven, I noticed that you were recently in our Quick Lane, first, I thank you for your recent service visit! As it relates to your back-up camera issue, we would first need to diagnose the issue to know what is wrong with it. That requires a Technician to look into what is wrong with it before sending to Ford. If the part is covered by Ford Warranty, there would not be a charge but until we look into what is malfunctioning, Ford does not authorize repairs.
