I had an incredible experience at Hawk Subaru this week. I was in the market for a new, fuel efficient, vehicle and had my mind set on another brand. After further research I decided to test drive a Subaru, I was in the market for a new, fuel efficient, vehicle and had my mind set on another brand. After further research I decided to test drive a Subaru, mostly because of the symmetrical all wheel drive and how our winters could be. My wife and I were lucky enough to have Angelo meet us at the door and have the time to help us out. If I told you what a dynamic, outgoing, personality this man has I'd still be selling him short. This is a guy who believes in The Subaru brand and loves his job. We went for a test drive and Angelo gave us all of the highlights and features on what makes their vehicles stand out from the crowd. We test drive a Crosstrek Hybrid and it was one of the smoothest vehicles I've ever driven. You'd never know it was switching between the engine and the battery, or even charging the battery as I coasted. Right then I was convinced that it was the right car for our needs. I was working nights and long hours so I knew I wouldn't have the time to clean out my trade in and purchase it so I let him know my day off so we could get the ball rolling. Unfortunately, that vehicle sold but Angelo found me a different one in a different color. By the time I hit to the dealer that one sold also. This man found me one that was in the original color, but had a few different options. Unasked, He put together a deal that couldn't be beat and we started the paperwork. Chandra in the Finance Department walked me through all of the things I needed to sign and initial, and while I was there talking I found her to be as enthusiastic as Angelo was about Subaru vehicles. She even followed up with me a few days later to be sure everything was going well with our purchase and financing. Hawk Subaru, and it's Employee Family, is a spectacular place to buy a vehicle. I highly recommend them and their team. More
