Liars, Crooks and Thieves We arrived at Hayes at 11am on a Saturday to test drive and purchase a Jeep we had been researching. As we arrived back from the test drive we were in We arrived at Hayes at 11am on a Saturday to test drive and purchase a Jeep we had been researching. As we arrived back from the test drive we were informed by our sales person that the Jeep had been sold while we were out. The other couple then got in to do their test drive as we looked on the lot for comparable vehicles. Next the sales person searched the are for what we were looking for at another dealership in Cumming. We pulled "soft credit" but were the told that in order to present it to the other dealership, we would have to pull full credit. I received SIX alerts over the next three minutes for credit hits. After the terms for trade in and price were agreed upon, we asked if Hayes could get the vehicle to us that day. It was almost 4 pm. We were told it would be Monday since Hayes is closed Sunday. The GM SEAN EVANS, even gave us a story that on Saturdays, GM's don't talk with each other concerning trades on vehicles or their transports because they're just "too busy"....We almost walked out and went to Troncalli where the vehicle was located but the hits to my credit were there, so we (foolishly), stayed and COMPLETED the deal...finance, trade-in, down payment...EVERYTHING!!! We were promised by the salesman, Cory, that he would PERSONALLY deliver the vehicle to our office on Monday because we had stayed to complete the deal. Monday rolls around and we get the run around from the sales person via his GM SEAN EVANS.I decide to call Troncalli to see for myself what the hold up could be. Turns out, Hayes and Troncalli spoke both Saturday AND Monday, with Troncalli telling Hayes that the vehicle WAS NOT AVAILABLE as it was out on a two-day test drive. This dealership is THE WORST...finance did not even go over interest rates as we signed and we did not leave the dealership with any paperwork as it was to be delivered Monday with the vehicle....the vehicle that Hayes DID NOT eve have access to!!!! We wasted an entire day and a lot of stress dealing with these smug, untruthful people.Do yourself a favor, DON'T STEP FOOT ON THIS LOT!!!!!! More
