Sold a vehicle with a recall We were sold a vehicle after having been told multiple times that the open recall on it had been fixed. We had a few instances where the vehicle would We were sold a vehicle after having been told multiple times that the open recall on it had been fixed. We had a few instances where the vehicle wouldn't start and thought maybe the batteries to the keyless entry needed replaced. I chose to look at the gov recall site and sure enough the recall had never been fixed and that was causing the vehicle not to start. The site also stated that if the recall was not fixed it could cause the engine to shut down during driving and cause an accident. The dealership crossed the line when they put the safety of my family at risk, by telling me this recall had been taken care of when in fact it wasn't. More

Jason Pirkle did it again.. This is the 3rd Jeep that we have purchased from Jason in less then 2 years. We purchased 2 Jeep Wranglers prior and this time it was for a Jeep Grand This is the 3rd Jeep that we have purchased from Jason in less then 2 years. We purchased 2 Jeep Wranglers prior and this time it was for a Jeep Grand Cherokee.....my dream car! To be perfectly honest each time we have decided to purchase a Jeep we have dealt with another Jeep dealership near the Mall of Georgia, and each time we end up back at Hayes! Everytime we have dealt with Jason it has been absolutely zero hassle. From the moment that you walk into the dealership you are treated like family. When you purchase a vehicle with Hayes there is no back and forth with the manager, because the best deal is always given from the start. We cannot be more pleased with our Grand Cherokee. Just when you think Jason couldn't top the last 2 transactions he did it again! We would never consider purchasing from a different dealership. Hayes, Jason is a true asset to your organization! We hope you treat him well! We also want to mention Ruben in the finance department. This is the first time that we have dealt with him, but the loan process was seamless from start to finish. They strongly recommended Haynes My only disappointment was the racks. I indicated that the vehicle I chose was important as we kayak. Our salesman and several other indicated that the racks were convertible and could support the them but were uncertain how to make the change. The service group could not service our vehicle that evening so I brought it back the next day.We signed the contract based on that information. The next day is when I found out they were not convertible and required crossbars. I asked for pricing but have not yet received any information, I found them on the Mopar site for $151.00. Had I known these were required, I would have negotiated them into the contract. If you are able to rectify this I would appreciate it. As a side note, the "clean up" performed on the second day was minimal at best. After the first rain, the "sticker marks appeared on the windshields and the washer fluid was empty. I know sometimes things slip through on occasion and it us understandable. Thank you for your time. Linda More
