The sales manager, however, was typical though stating that he had thousands more in the vehicle than the sticker price. In the end though we made a strong cash offer that we were comfortable with, and it was accepted and we drove away with the car we wanted. I must add that Ramone is definitely in the right profession. Thanks Ramone! More

Terrible from the start We bought a truck there a few weeks ago. From the start it was terrible. Not a single person will ever return your calls. We called for 2 days to try We bought a truck there a few weeks ago. From the start it was terrible. Not a single person will ever return your calls. We called for 2 days to try and see if they even had the truck, and always got the "let me check on that I'll call you right back!" They never did. We went to purchase it and the salesman flat out lied about the apr percent after he ran the numbers for us. When we got back to Rubin in finance we caught it as we reviewed everything and he told us the salesman never said that, but he was able to go with a different bank and make that right...point here is they tried to screw us over so make sure you review all of it 10 times. After we got the truck 2 days later the check engine light came on. The truck that passed all their tests miraculously has a check engine light come on right after purchase. So more than likely they just erased the code and sold it messed up. Also, the truck came with 1 key so we were told they didn't have the one we needed there but they would order us one and it would take 2 days...3 weeks later and about 5 phone calls of no returns, we went down there today and demanded the key. If I ever need anything else I will gladly drive to a different state rather than go back to that place. Horrible customer service and support and flat out crooked. More

This time I was leaving and my hub cap came off right before I get home which is over an hour drive. I have a lifted truck with special hub caps. I look at my tires and two of them are missing screws. I come back and they are telling me they don't have any screws. I said so what did you do with the ones that were on there and they have no explanation but called me a liar and said they didn't do anything wrong. For almost 6 years we have brought our truck here. It has only been lately that their service sucks. Not sure if it is new management or employees. We will be finding a new service department. They didn't even say sorry or offer me any compensation. Don't bring your vehicle here More
