Just purchased a 2022 certified Grand Wagoneer yesterday. Awesome in like new condition. Before signing I asked them if all the hoses were inspected. No rot? Anything I should know? This morning I smelled a sweet smell opened the hood and the radiator fluid is leaking out because the hose is cracked. Next, went to put gas in the vehicle and a piece falls out and now the fuel door won't open up. Next, my wife noticed moisture in the passenger side mirror and upon close inspection we noticed yellow paint and a broken strip. I called the dealership and the sales manager said "Oh yea I knew about that. That's why it was such a good deal.". Um do what? Then I asked, "Shouldn't you have told me about this?". Taking the vehicle back to get the warranty issues fixed and have it "recertified". They said I can pay for the mirror damage they failed to disclose to me. ??? Is this really how Hayes operates? I waited 7 days to be told that I had corrosion on a part that did not allow my starter to work. On the day that I called to what was happening the told me there were working on it without notifying me prior that did not allow my starter to work. On the day that I called to what was happening the told me there were working on it without notifying me prior to the start of the service I received a message 9 minutes after my phone call to let me know they started the work and it should be ready by 11 am. I spent nearly 500.00 for the service out of that 500.00 56.00 was on parts. The rest on Labor. I’m I’ve contacted fox 5 to expose this over price gouge. I’ve I’m a new customer I’ve used you for other repairs and auto body repair also. But this was un acceptable. I’m sure people just give in to this. I’m not. More
