POOR service. Went to get my second vehicle serviced with an appointment and waited an hour to find out they hadn’t even brought it back yet so I left. Purchased my second vehicle and they sent me out with the wrong second set of keys. Who does that? Lol. 3.5 hours away so they mailed me the correct key fob untracked in a simple envelope and it never arrived. Tried contacting salesman but he will not respond. Typical Hayes experience. More

I shopped online extensively as I was not looking forward to going down in person. Hayes was the first on the list with two models of interest. I was pleasantly surprised and found it was well worth the d to going down in person. Hayes was the first on the list with two models of interest.
