Just before I was to pick it up, I was called and told that they thought it could use new tires. I asked if the current ones would last a bit until I recovered from the cost of this service and was told yes. The problem was so bad on the drive home I went straight to a tire store. When their service person went out to my vehicle, he looked at one tire and said, "this is your problem, on this tire the belt is separating". When the tire was removed in addition to warping due to separation, you could see the steel belt in the grooves. This dealership even charged me for an alignment! More
