Disappointing Service Took our vehicle in to have recall work performed. I called the service tech after returning home to ask a question and am still waiting on his retur Took our vehicle in to have recall work performed. I called the service tech after returning home to ask a question and am still waiting on his return call (8 days later). After the work was done on the Evaporative Canister, we experienced problems with the Evap system (engine light came on). I took the car into another shop, who ran the diagnostic test (didn't even charge me for it) and told me the codes that came up. They referred me back to the dealership since we had just had the recall service completed. Interestingly enough, the dealership informed me that the "new" issue was not related to the previous work. They had no issue charging the diagnostic fee, explaining there was no way to "attach" it to the work from the recalls less than a week earlier. They then quoted a significantly higher price for the new work to be completed than other shops.....who had to purchase the part from the dealership. We will not be back to this dealership for any work and I can say I do not trust what they say/do. More
The waiting time was shorter than expected. It went to Hayes because one of the light on my 200 was dead. I opened the hood and could not figure out how I would be able to change it myself. Everything went very well. The team is very friendly and the service is real good. They are relatively fast to do the job as well. The only negative point for this visit is that I had to pay nearly $70 to change the light bulb. Very expensive one. I hope it will last a very long time (LOL). Outside that Hayes team is doing a great job every time I need services to be done on my car. More

Courteous , professional. Great service. Reasonable prices They are best of any dealers I have been to in my 68 years. They are professional and courteous. They get the job done in a timely manner. I pass by several other dealerships. There nothing particularly wrong with those dealerships in my experience. Hayes is just better. My vehicle drives better and I feel safer in today's traffic. Driving is important in today's society and I feel the dealership does a better job. More
They’re incompeyent I went in for several issues. The only thing they were able to do is reset my radio. One thing I noticed is that after they kept my truck for 3 days I I went in for several issues. The only thing they were able to do is reset my radio. I gave them the time and I did not complain I did not ask for a loaner....I just want to say that Hayes Chrysler service department techs did a fantastic job with all preventative maintenance services and the initial complaints that I came in for for the electrical issues. They have fantastic technicians the are worth the money To spend if you want a great job done! My service advisor Smitty was absolutely fabulous he is a 21 year plus certified Chrysler adviser he knows his stuff his communication is outstanding. More

Best sales service ever! Took my 2010 Dodge Caliber in for service, to find out it was going to cost me nearly $1,000 and way too much money to fix . So I figure I'm going to use it as a trade in & get something new. Tory in the service department introduced me to Paul Sanguedolce, who in turn worked with me on payment options, makes, models and " you know girls" colors! I absolutely love my new 2017 Jeep Patriot and would suggest you go talk to Paul Sanguedolce and Ernest Clark in. the finance dept. They are the Dynamic Duo for car sales and you don't even need a bat signal! More
