Their service center is terrible I bought my ram in for an oil change I told them my truck was shaking heavy at Idle when stopped at a red light and that my phone is not connecting to my radio and sometim an oil change I told them my truck was shaking heavy at Idle when stopped at a red light and that my phone is not connecting to my radio and sometimes it only plays out of one speaker. The’ve had my truck for over a week and told me that they found nothing wrong with the car at all it’s working fine and the radio is fine I did some research come to find out there are others that have had the same problems with their truck they want me to pay $200.00 for a diagnostic and my truck only has 32,000 miles and is still under warranty. It’s funny they can’t find anything wrong with it because it’s under warranty and they can’t make any money if they find something wrong with it I have purchased two vehicles with the dealership and I have gotten the same dry greeting when I walk in they don’t even want to be bothered with you, they will sit there like there busy and nobody else is in the building but me and them this dealership is scamming and won’t fix it unless they can change you to fix it. I waited 7 days to be told that I had corrosion on a part that did not allow my starter to work. On the day that I called to what was happening the told me there were working on it without notifying me prior that did not allow my starter to work. I spent nearly 500.00 for the service out of that 500.00 56.00 was on parts. The rest on Labor. I’m I’ve contacted fox 5 to expose this over price gouge. I’ve I’m a new customer I’ve used you for other repairs and auto body repair also. But this was un acceptable. I’m sure people just give in to this. I’m not. More
